SITEMAP images not showing up and Google search console 404 URLs

Regarding the sitemap, it seems that the images included in the posts are not showing up. To ensure that the images are included in the sitemap, you need to enter the custom field names for the images in the Rank Math settings. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings → Posts Tab and then entering the custom field names for the images in the “Image Custom Fields” section. Make sure to add only one entry per line so that Rank Math can understand them better and include them in your sitemap.

As for the attachments pages not showing up in the sitemap, you may need to check if the “Redirect Attachment to Parent” setting is turned on. If you want to change the settings and index the attachment pages, you can navigate to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Links Section and adjust the settings there.

Regarding the 404 URLs in Google Search Console, adding your website to Google Search Console will indeed allow you to monitor and address 404 errors. However, there isn’t a direct way to import them into Rank Math. You would need to manually address and fix these 404 errors within your website.

• Sitemap Issue: Rank Math only includes images that are part of the post content or the_content in the sitemap. If you have images that are outside the content, such as in a custom field, you need to tell Rank Math to include them in the sitemap. You can do this by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings → Posts Tab and entering the custom field names for the images in the “Image Custom Fields” section. Here is an example of how it looks like:
  
• Attachment Sitemap: Please make sure that you have not turned on the option to Redirect Attachment in Rank Math > General Settings > Links, because this will prevent the attachment sitemap from working properly. If this is not the case, then please share your staging site credentials with us so we can investigate the issue further.
• Importing 404 Errors: Rank Math’s 404 Monitor only tracks the visits to pages on your site that result in a 404 error. It does not import 404 errors from other sources, such as Google Search Console.
• Content AI: Yes, Content AI has browsing capability. The Content AI research tool works by searching the internet for your focus keyword and analyzing the top results to give you suggestions on how to improve your content and follow the best practices specific to your keyword. To use Content AI, you need credits.
