Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I saw you are getting some errors in the dev console when enabling a module. It could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thanks for your answer.
I have found the following support ticket for you:
https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/rankmath-saving-error/
Is it possible that it is due to the NginX.config?
I have added a section with tailing slash to avoid duplicate content.
I’m at a loss.
Best regards
Torsten

Hello again,
I forgot to write one thing:
It’s not the other plugins… even with Rank Math the error appears!
Best regards
Torsten
Hello,
I have created a completely new WordPress test page.
The same error occurs here too. No module can be activated or deactivated.
I have found out that it is because of the permalinks.
Only with – Simple https://domain.de/?p=123 – it works. As soon as you choose another one it does not work.
I think there’s a bug in rank math.
Best regards
Torsten

Hi,
Only with – Simple https://domain.de/?p=123 – it works. As soon as you choose another one it does not work.
That means there is an issue with your setup. That is a core WordPress feature and has nothing to do with Rank Math.
You can confirm by disabling Rank Math temporarily and you will notice that the above option will still not work.
Please talk to your web host and ask them to make necessary changes in your nginx.conf file to allow custom permalinks.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
