Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the Rank Math Analytics tab. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
To resolve this issue, we recommend following these steps:
-
Check if your site uses the self-hosted option from Rank Math by heading over to the Analytics settings under WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics. If the Self-Hosted Analytics JS File option is enabled, live tracking doesn’t happen anymore on the site.
-
If you notice that the Rank Math SEO score shown in the Analytics module is incorrect or there are multiple entries of the same post, you can resolve this by heading over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index for Analytics.
-
Ensure that you don’t have any filters present in Google Analytics that are appending domain names to URLs.
-
If you’ve followed the above steps and the Analytics data still appears zero, it’s possible that the authorization tokens coming from Google could have expired. To refresh the authorization tokens, you can delete Rank Math SEO from your Google Account permissions and then recreate missing database tables in Rank Math.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue for you.

Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your analytics data.
To solve this, we need to delete the old data and fetch the fresh data from Google. This is a simple process that you can do by following these steps.
- Go to your WordPress dashboard and click on Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools. Then click the Rebuild Index button. This will clear the index of your analytics data and prepare it for the new data.

- Go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the Delete Data button. This will delete all the existing analytics data from your website. Then click the Update Data Manually button. This will start fetching the new data from Google.

- Wait for a few minutes until the data import process is complete. You can reload the page to see the progress of the import process.
- Once the process is done, please check the Analytics page and see if the data is showing up correctly.
If this works, great! If not, please let us know and we’ll investigate further.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
Thanks team for the quick resolution. Issue resolved. Much appreciated.
