This is happening because you have enabled the strip category base option as shown below:
Please navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Links > Strip Category Base and disable this option.

Thanks a lot for your prompt response. The strange thing is, I cannot turn that option off. As soon as I change it to off and save the settings the option reverts back to ‘on’.

Thank you for your response – I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps and this has solved the issue and I was able to switch off the option. Would you know why only this one page was affected. How could I make sure the page loads with the the option on?

Please make sure your .htaccess file is writeable by the server.
Ensure it contains the rewrite rules that are recommended by WordPress:
https://perishablepress.com/the-htaccess-rules-for-all-wordpress-permalinks/
