After checking it you are not able to see the Rank Math SEO Details in the Downloads list because the plugin created a custom layout so it is not integrated with the usual WordPress code. In that case, unless the plugin creators implement it, we are not able to display it (but you could ask their support to help you to enable it, it might be not that difficult for them).
