To exclude your sitemap from being cached by WP Rocket, you can head over to Settings → WP Rocket → Advanced Rules → Never Cache URL(s) and enter the following code snippet:
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
This should help in resolving the issue without needing to disable the Rewrite Titles feature in Rank Math SEO.

The Rewrite Title option only shows when the theme that you’re using does not support title-tag.

However, that option is disabled by default for many updated themes so it won’t interfere with WP Rocket’s page caching.
