The server error seems to be have been caused by the plugin ‘WP file manager’. Did you by any chance install this plugin? The plugin is now deactivated and the 500 internal server error is now resolved.
Could you please look at this robots.txt issue again?

There seems to be an issue with your TranslatePress settings. If you disable the plugin and then test your URL here, you will note the robots.txt is successfully loaded. Did you follow our guideline on setting up translate-press with Rank math? Thank you for looking into this.
Changing in the TranslatePress settings the ‘Use a subdirectory for the default language’ from YES to NO solved the problem. However, I wouldn’t call it an issue but more like RankMath does not support using a subdirectory for the default language in TranslatePress.
In the guide you refer to there is not explicitly mentioned that in TranslatePress settings ‘Use a subdirectory for the default language’ can only be set to NO. There is only a screenshot of the settings where it is set to NO.
