Check other tickets that I opened for more information, we need to fix this issue ASAP.
Please, I didn’t reply anymore because what am I supposed to do with this information? There must be a way to solve the issue, haha.
At first, my review fragments were visible. My theme uses a custom “WooBuilder” with which I can edit the product pages, which I did. And after that, the review fragments weren’t visible anymore. We must have a solution in order to have the review fragments be visible in search results again, because this is definitely a thing potential customers look at.
Why wouldn’t Google want to display our review fragments? Just look at our bottles, they are the best bottles on the market. https://befitoriginals.com/

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the review fragments not being visible in the search results. We understand that this is an urgent matter for you.
Based on the information you provided, it seems that the issue might be related to the changes made using the “WooBuilder” to edit the product pages. It’s possible that these changes affected the structured data on your product pages, which could be causing the review fragments to not appear in the search results.
To resolve this issue, we recommend checking the structured data on your product pages to ensure that it includes the necessary review markup. You can use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to check if your brand name has been added correctly to the WooCommerce Product Schema.
Here’s a screenshot showing how to check your page with Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool:
If you find that the structured data is missing or incorrect, you may need to make adjustments to ensure that it includes the necessary review markup. Once you have made the necessary changes, you can use the Rich Results Testing Tool again to verify that the review fragments are now visible in the search results.
We understand the importance of having review fragments visible in search results for potential customers, and we are here to assist you in resolving this issue. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter for you.
Kind regards.

How to Fix Review Schema Markup After Google’s Recent Changes?
Setting a Custom Brand for Your WooCommerce Store with Rank Math » Rank MathHello,
Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We once again checked one of the product page using the Google Rich Results Testing Tool and we were able to see that the Review Snippets are being detected as expected.
Please refer to the screenshot below :
We also checked some of the product pages that have real life reviews on the product, what we find that in Google SERPs the review snippets also appear as intended.
Please refer to the screenshot below :
Could you please share the exact product URLs of your site that have real life reviews for the product and still do not detect the review snippets in Google Rich Results Test or if they do not appear in the SERPs.
If you can identify and send the exact affected product URLs we will be able to investigate if there is any issue and help you further with that.
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
If you search for “be fit shaker” “be fit thermosfles” “be fit motivatie waterfles” you will see the products, but without review fragments. Only if you check on Google for site:befitoriginals.com , you will see those review fragments. Really strange.
Hello,
In that case, this isn’t the issue with the implementation of review schemas but Google doesn’t see the review snippet useful for certain keywords.
As we have mentioned already in the other ticket, it’s up to Google if they wish to apply the review snippet on the SERP. Even if you have served the best content, image, or schemas, Google may still doesn’t display the review snippet.
Looking forward to helping you.
That’s impossible why would they not see it as useful for some keywords of my products? It is super useful for new customers to see the review fragments of our items. They are game-changers. So, we must solve the issue. No excuses.
Hello,
We checked some of your product pages and we can confirm the
aggregateRating
andreview
property is already applied which is a vital schema for showing review stars on the SERP:Your pages have been tested in both Google’s Rich Result test and Schema.org validator:
Rich Result Test:

You may submit the same URL in your GSC’s URL inspection tool and see if it shows any error or you can check the Enhancement section if there’s any error about the review snippet as well.
Looking forward to helping you.
Are we going to fix these issues, or should I go back to the AIOSEO plugin? If issues like this can’t be solved, I have to, but this takes time again..

And what do I have to do, with this?Hello,
1. Please note that our plugin doesn’t control the favicon, it is usually your theme that is generating the favicon so you need to make sure that your favicon is properly configured. You may check with your theme author for that.
Even so, it is up to Google to decide if they wish to insert the icon on the SERP, it will depend on several factors, and website authority is one of those factors.
https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/favicon-in-search
2. It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results that even if everything’s fine, Google decides to show a different meta information for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
To understand more about this, please check this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/
3. There is also no way we can control the images shown in search results. The Google Search algorithms select the images as it believes that it is something that would benefit the users.
Here’s a URL for further information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-show-images-in-search-results/What you can do here is to make sure that you have added the relevant information in your images that is added to your pages such as the correct alt tags, titles and captions.
4. Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure there are no mismatches in the WordPress URL and Site URL in those options.
If you have different website URLs in there, that would explain the issue as they need to match for the connection to happen correctly.
To remedy that, you can try adding a filter code to your website that will bypass the URL check. This might help if there is some issue with your server configuration or DNS settings.
To add the filter code, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/The filter code you need to add is this:
add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );
You can add it to your theme’s functions.php file or use a plugin like Code Snippets.
For more information on why this issue happens and how to fix it, you can check this page: https://rankmath.com/kb/problems-while-connecting-account/
5. The window you see is coming from the activation process of the plugin. It’ll let you connect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account to enable other features such as SEO Analyzer and Analytics.
We are looking forward to helping you.
Please help me out however is possible, I am also trying to get things solved via help from the google community help forum. If I am required to buy the premium version of the plugin, I will do this ofcourse. Anything to sort out the issues, because still the review fragments aren’t visible in google search results, which are obviously very important.

(We’re also talking about the review fragments issue herE)Hello,
As we have mentioned previously, Rank Math already added the review structure for the affected pages and you can see it working if you try specific keywords. It is just Google decided to exclude the review snippets for other keywords.
It will not make any difference if you purchase the PRO subscription as we have no control over it at this point since the schema is already correctly generated as also mentioned by the support from Google forum here.
I would suggest waiting for a reply from them to get further insights.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
I also noticed via Google Chrome, that the befitoriginals.com website has a question mark of “this link is unknown”
Hello,
Please share a screenshot of where you see the question mark in Chrome so we can check and assist you further. You can use a tool like https://imgur.com/ to share the screenshots.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
The “This link is unknown” text is from the McAfee Web Advisor extension that you have installed. We’re not totally sure what the question mark refers to, but it’s most likely showing because your site is “unknown” to the web advisor.
If you are concerned about this, you can reach out to the McAfee team as they’d be in a better position to help identify what the question mark means. We found some tickets on the McAfee forum about the same issue, it might be a good place to start from.
We hope this helps you resolve the issue. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding Rank Math, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us again. We are always happy to help.
Thank you for choosing Rank Math!
