yesterday something went wrong with my account and I canceled my agency subscription first, that is right, but the amount has now been charged to my credit card today on 11.20.2023.

So for now I paid for the Agency Plan again for another year, you can prove the last invoice in my account.
But my account has no subscription listed anymore.
Thats also why I don’t have permission to old tickets maybe.

Can you help me, I would like to make 2 changes for my account please.
You have my money and it’s ok to stay in subscriptions, but in this case I prefer to changes.

1. downgrade the Agency subscription to 1 Business subscription.
2. add the AI Expert subscription again.

Can you do this for me and refund the remaining amount to my credit card account?

That would be 199,- for the Business annual license
Plus 129,- for the AI Expert annual subscription
328,. Together.

Acency 549+
– Business 199,-
– AI Expert 129,-
= 221 Remaining amount

If you cannot, than please make a complete refund and I purchase the 2 parts seperatly.
But your flash sale is running out of time and a new purchasing is only possible for me when I have the money back …
