Rank Math Causing Critical Error for BigCommerce Products

    Hello,

    After testing, I have discovered Rank Math is causing all of my BigCommerce product page to throw the error, “There has been a critical error on your website.” I’m using the BigCommerce for WordPress plugin. The overall product page and category pages work without any issues. It’s just the single product pages. I’ve look at the BigCommerce settings inside of Rank Math but haven’t had any luck.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using and Rank Math, but we need to confirm it (and debug it) so we can know from where to start looking.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.
