It is all about what Google thinks is more relevant. You will need to wait sometime until Google gives your site more “reputation”. Meanwhile, you could also build more backlinks pointing to that post, to try to rank higher (over the backlink’s post).

Ohh.. Then I think more the older site becomes and more the backlinks that post gets, better will be for the SEO and ranking

I do believe that’s not completely a bad pace if your site is only one month old. Google usually takes sometime to index newly created sites, and thus they are not highly ranked.
With more content optimized to your keyword, assuming you do research your keywords, and addition of backlinks including social sharing your site should gradually increase in clicks.
Please note that SEO optimization is not something you do once and expect to rank top, it is rather an activity that you consistently keep updating, adding new content and such.
