Unable to Upload Index API Plugin

I have been following your instructions on using Google’s API, and although I have properly setup the API, I receive an error when trying to upload the new Rank Math Index API plugin: “The link you followed has expired.” Please let me know if you have seen this error and if you have any recommendations on how to resolve. Thanks!
