it is in development as of today, so not much to look at, i only did SEO on home page so far
See screen shot, my other sites have twice as many options and checks.. both are advanced mode

I see that, this is really weird, I have to empty my cache for every single page and refresh to see it, each time I leave a page and come back it is gone.. I do not have any caching yet or cloudflare as this is a development site

You can enable WP_DEBUG on your site and check if the issue is logged on Rank math > Status & Tools > System Status under the error log.
You can also inspect element and check the console if there are any reported errors when the issue happens again. If you are able to note any error please let us know so we can look into it.

We are extremely sorry for the hassle.
Those tests you have mentioned do not make sense on the homepage and that is why they are disabled when we detect that you are editing a homepage.
For all other pages, it will work normally but since homepages are special, certain tests are disabled on them.
