first of all, I have been a user of rank math pro since grandfather early bird and have supported the pro version from the start since Nov 2020
now I have a problem that the price has become 229$ which should be 199$ as always every year so please send me a coupon for 30$ for that
second I am not able to pay and renew my subscription as I mentioned before for over one month I asked you to find a way so I can be able to renew my subscription and I got no help so please this problem will be fix due our economy problem i have a limit to use with my visa for 200$ only every month so please add only 2 weeks to my subscription so i can be able to use the pro version on my clients websites and in the beginning of Dec the new limit will be available to my credit card then i will be able to renew for 200$
this way of ignoring the early bird customers and even make the price much higher is not good at all for your business
i can easily get new subscription from another email and get all the free 6 months and all others gifts but I am not asking for that I am only asking to respect the people who supported you since nov 2020

I had a business subscription since the earlybird 2020 and after 3 years I had a problem in the payment because of my country economy and I just asked you for a coupon with 30$ to be able to renew .. it had been more than 40 days and the whole chat history i didn’t got any help … so really i don’t see any support from your support side
