Snippet info not saved

    Hello, As of today, I can no longer save the snippet info. After saving, WP says it’s been saved. However, after refreshing the page the info reverts back to the old data.

    I’m using:
    RankMath 1.0.44.1
    WP 5.4.2
    Elementor Pro 2.10.3

    Cache has been cleared and caching plugins turned off. I’ve also tried turning off all plugins and tried the Twenty twenty theme.

    Any other suggestions?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I have created a test post and when updating the keywords in Rank Math, Rank Math is sending a POST query to the WordPress site and it is returning a 403 error:

    POST https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta 403

    You should contact your hosting support to check what is blocking those requests.

    Where are you seeing the 403 error? In a log?

    Check the screencast I have attached for you in the sensitive data section to see the issue. The API fails to fetch when publishing/updating the post. Hope that helps.

    Thanks. I’m chatting with our host. But, they’re clueless. Is it possible it’s being blocked by Sucuri? Or is it definitely the host?

    I whitelisted this in Sucuri; /wp-json/rankmath/
    It seems to be working now.
