The “Failed: Hostload Exceeded Search Console” means your site is at maximum capacity for Google crawling or inspection requests.
Google can’t run tests until your traffic load (as estimated by Google) drops. This usually happens when Google detects a lot of failed requests from your site, which could indicate spammy or malicious behavior. Another possibility is that your server is overloaded and can’t handle the traffic from Google.
