    Hello I am using Rank Math SEO plugin for my website grandroyalcoco.com.

    1. I was wondering do I need to submit the sitemap separately on Google Search Console?

    2. And if I do that, will the website be indexed twice 1) through the Rank Math Plugin and 2) through the manual submission on Google Search Console?

    3. Right now I do not even have a property set up on Google Search Console for my website. Should I set it up first? It says “Copy the TXT record below into the DNS configuration for grandroyalcoco.com”

    4. What should I do to connect Rank Math and my Google Search Console account? If I do this, will you submit the sitemap on Google Search Console automatically?

    5. If I want Google to recrawl my website ASAP, where should I submit the sitemap to?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    1. No, you can submit your main sitemap index to your Google Search Console, and Google will use it to crawl your sub-sitemaps:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/

    2. Sitemaps is only one of the few methods Google uses to discover your URLs. If your URLs were already submitted through GSC, then it will ignore the same URL once it gets discovered again from your sitemap to avoid duplication.

    3. Yes, you may set up your website property on your Goole Search Console. Here’s a guide you can follow as well and skip the DNS configuration:

    4. Yes, Rank Math submits your sitemap automatically when you verify and connect your website through Rank Math. You can follow the same steps from the link above.

    5. You should submit your sitemap to your Goole Search Console account. If you have previously submitted a sitemap, you may remove them and resubmit Rank Math’s sitemap to recrawl your site.

    Ok thank you. If I go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, my Account | Property | View dropdown is disabled. Why can’t I add more stuff like GA4?

    Hello,

    In order to change the connected Analytics properties, you’ll have to reconnect it again from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics:

    After reconnecting, you’ll be able to change the connected Google Search Console and Analytics properties.
