After checking your website, it seems like you’re using the non-www version. In this case, you can redirect the www version of your sitemap to the non-www version by following this guideline: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-www-urls-to-non-www/
If you’re not sure how to do that, you can get in touch with your hosting provider and they will help you to achieve this.
Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.
