I can’t log into RankMath on Chrome

    Hello,

    I have had an ongoing problem with logging into my RankMath account, both from client sites that I’m trying to connect and when I try to log in directly through the RankMath website. Sometimes it works… most of the time, it doesn’t, and it’s getting REALLY FRUSTRATING.

    I’ve been fighting with it for over an hour tonight, and that is just an absurd waste of time.

    I have discovered that I am able to log in when using an Incognito window, which led me to think there might be an old session cookie stashed in my browser that was causing trouble. I cleared all cookies from RankMath, but it didn’t help.

    Incognito also got me thinking that maybe there was a problem with one of my extensions, so I disabled my Ad Blocker, which I figured would be the most likely culprit. Still no good.

    For diagnostic purposes, I’m using Chrome Version 117.0.5938.92 (Official Build) (x86_64) on a Mac running MacOS Ventura 13.5.1.

    In Chrome, I’m using the following extensions:
    1Password
    Awesome Screenshot
    AdAway (currently disabled)
    Application Launcher for Drive (Google)
    Browsing Protection by F-Secure (currently disabled)
    Capital One Shopping
    Google Docs Offline
    Wappalyzer
    Workona Spaces & Tab Manager
    Tab Groups Helper for Workona

    Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Could you please check if there are any Javascript errors in your browser console upon logging in using Chrome? You can take a screenshot of it so we can check.

    You can upload the screenshot of the error using this tool and share the generated link here.

    Meanwhile, we have not received any similar issues with the extensions you have mentioned above.

    You can try disabling the extensions one by one and check which of them is blocking the Rank Math login process on your Chrome browser.
