    Dear Rankmath Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an accidental renewal charge of $49 for the Content AI Creator service that occurred today. I believe this might have been due to my oversight in not canceling the subscription in time.

    To clarify, I have not utilized any credits or services from this renewed package. As soon as I noticed the auto-renewal charge, I decided to reach out to you with the hope that Rankmath could consider refunding this charge, given the circumstances.

    I have always appreciated the services and support from Rankmath, and I genuinely hope that we can resolve this situation amicably. Please let me know if you require any additional information or if there’s a process I should follow for this refund request.

    Thank you for contacting the support.

    Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

    You can cancel the automatic subscriptions by following this guide:

    We sent out an email reminder 7 days prior to the charge. Did you not receive that? Please let us know. We are here to assist you with your refund request.

    Not fair

    Hello,

    We can refund your renewal but you will not have any credit in that case. As you can see on FAQs section here https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ under β€œAre the credits valid for a lifetime?”, unused credits are expiring after one year, and upon renewal you get new amount.

    If you still have any questions, just reply and we will be more than happy to clarify any doubts you might have.
