“Focus Keyword not found in the URL” issue with Persian words

Hi,

In RTL languages (UTF-8 based, specifically Persian), there is a bug in “Focus Keyword not found in the URL” in “Basic SEO” section.

The issue is: I add the “Focus Keyword” to the URL (Permalink) and it recognizes (so, the “Focus Keyword not found in the URL” gets green), but as soon as I Save the Post, it turns red again and says “Focus Keyword not found in the URL”.

Any idea why this happens, please?
