Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Basically, you follow the same process you did before but instead of enabling each plugin one by one – keep only Rank Math, Elementor, and your default theme enabled and then enable each plugin one by one until you find the problematic plugin. I am assuming here that you won’t see the issue when Rank Math, Elementor, and your default theme are enabled.
