We can’t get past Additional Errors

Please help us. We have gone through all the errors noted in the Additional tab. It says we have 7 errors.

ADDITIONAL
* Focus Keyword not found in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc..
* Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text.
* Keyword Density is 2.82 which is high, the Focus Keyword and combination appears 21 times.
* Link out to external resources.
* Add DoFollow links pointing to external resources.
* Add internal links in your content.
* Use Content AI to optimise the Page.(We will not use this at this time)

Although we have placed our keywords in all the subheadings. We have added focus keyword as alt tags (on all aur images just in case). We have external links. We have internal links. And yet we are seeing these errors.

And in Content Readability we have errors as well.
* You don’t seem to be using a Table of Contents plugin. (not going to use this)
* At least one paragraph is long. Consider using short paragraphs. (Our paragraphs are short)
* You are not using rich media like images or videos.(we have a nice mixture of images and one video)
