    I installed rank math in a local environment, of WP.

    I paid for the starter AI plan, everything is connected, but when I try to use AI content writer I continuously get this error: Please connect your account to use the Content AI.

    Is there any known issues with using on local environment?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
