Advice about changing the urls in my website and is there any Seo risk ??

We do not recommend changing your permalink structure if:
1. Your website is established
2. You are already generating substantial traffic.

With that said, if you wish to proceed – you will need to manually redirect all old URLs to new URLs since the auto-redirect doesn’t work when you are updating permalinks.

You can semi-automate the process using regex redirects though but if the thought of creating a regex scares you – I would recommend not updating permalinks.

If this was a brand new website, we would recommend the permalink structure your competitors are using.

That is more of a theme related question than a Rank Math related question. I would recommend contacting your theme provider about that.
