This subscription was ended back in February because the subscription renewal could not be done due to the lack of funds or availability at the time.
We also send an email when this happens letting people know that the subscription was cancelled besides the previous email where we let people know that the payment is overdue.

Unfortunately, that pricing is no longer available for new subscriptions and only people who had the price initially and continue to renew the subscription can continue to enjoy the discount.
For any new subscriptions or expired ones such as this, the new pricing scheme applies.
