Can’t Figure Out How to Link Social Media Profiles

    Hi,

    I have been using the SEO Analysis tool, which is great!

    However, at the very bottom of the analysis is a section that talks about connecting Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and Youtube.

    I would like to connect these accounts, but when I click on the “Add Social Schema to your website by linking your social profiles here.” link it takes me to the Rank Math Social Meta section, and I cannot figure out where to enter the information.

    There is no place that I can find to add Instagram, Linkedin, or Youtube information, and when I added our Twitter username and reran the SEO Analysis tool it said that Twitter was still not connected. I would also like to make sure the Facebook information is updated since our organization recently relaunched all their Social Media and changed their Facebook handle, but I have no way of knowing that I can see that the new FB page is also connected correctly.

    Maybe I am missing the right page. Where can I go to set up all these social media connections?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    Yes, we have removed certain social networks from the social meta tab in titles & meta settings.

    The same thing is mentioned in our changelog:
    Removed: Multiple Social meta options, as they are not required anymore for the Knowledge Graph by Google & Bing. You should only see the needed options in the Global Social Meta settings page

    We are in the process of updating the SEO Analysis tool to don’t recommend those settings, but for now, you shouldn’t worry about them since they are no longer supported.

    Please delete SEO Analysis from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.

    Then, run the SEO Analysis once again to see only the most up-to-date tests.
