It is possible to export and then import Rank Math metadata from one site to another. However, it is only possible in our PRO version which you can check here: https://rankmath.com/kb/import-export-settings/#import-export-csv
At the moment, in the Free version, you can only import/export plugin settings and other plugin data such as Yoast, AiOSEO and etc.
