There doesn’t seem to be a plugin compatibility issue with Gravity Forms as well as that add-on since it doesn’t use any functions that our plugin uses.

Based on the error, the URL should be unique and it’s detecting a “test” page on your website.

However, we can also test this out and see if it’s truly related to our plugin.
