Confused with the post type option

    These two options are essentially same.

    I am not sure which option to choose (index or no index) as I am afraid doing it incorrectly will get me penalized by Google.

    The cloud templates are the individual template theme and it is showing the same data from Posts (default option) from Newspaper Theme from WordPress

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Usually, you don’t want the templates to be indexed, just the posts created using those templates so I would set as no-index the Cloud Templates and leave as index the Posts.
