Sitemap Not Working - Support

Hey,

While I was checking my website, I saw that the sitemap isn’t working, and it is being redirected back to the home page.I checked the redirection settings, sitemap settings, and others also but there seems to be no problem in the settings. Moreover, it was working well just a few days ago. Can you check why this is happening?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Thanks for the reply,

Unfortunately, i cannot share the login credentials of the website as the login page is protected by a firewall, and is available to select few peoples.

In that case, i can possibly share the remote control to my computer via teamviewer(or any other app) through which your team will be able to access the website and check the issues happening with it.

Incase any other info is needed, feel free to ask.

Hello,

Well, do you have any cache plugin on your website? If you have one, could you let us know which one? You should make sure to exclude from caching these URLs:
```
/(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
/(.*)sitemap.xsl
```
Also, try to resave your permalinks by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and hitting the Save button.
