I’ve checked a random category on your site https://frmenu.com/category/cuisine-italienne/, but it is set to index.
If you wanted to set those to noindex, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Post: Categories > Enable the Category Archives Robots Meta and select noindex checkbox.

Once done, you may need to give Google some time to recrawl your site and remove those category URLs on the search results pages.
