    Hi there,

We are using the latest revision of Rank Math SEO, V1.0.121.1.

Today, we noticed our Quick Actions Admin Menu does not list all of the options described in your knowledgebase.

This is what we see: https://prnt.sc/ygHaLbZNhi_R
This is what it should be: https://prnt.sc/cQmGq2rd6uXH

In short, the following options do not appear in our Quick Actions Admin Menu:

    – Post Analytics
    – SEO Settings for Posts
    – Mark this page >
    – External Tools >

What are we doing wrong? How do we fix the above?

To troubleshoot the above, we deactivated all plugins except Rank Math, we reverted back to WordPress’ basic htaccess file, and cleared all cache. Still, the issue persists.

    Help appreciated. Thank you.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. Iā€™m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

The Post Analytics option is only available using Rank Math PRO.

Also, all of the missing quick actions you have shared are only shown while viewing your posts/pages.

However, in the screenshot you have shared, it seems that you’re on the plugin list view. Let us know if they are still missing when viewing your posts or pages.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Reinelle,

Unfortunately, when we navigate to either a Post or Pages, we still don’t see — as a minimum — the following Quick Action links:

    – Mark this page >
    – External Tools >

Specifically, we navigated to our home page (editor view) and do not see the Quick Action links noted above.

    Details: https://prnt.sc/HHxGytN3j2MS

As part of our troubleshooting, we disabled all plugins except yours, switched themes, switched to WordPress’ basic htaccess file, and cleared all cached. No dice šŸ™

It’s quite weird since all other Quick Action links display.

    We’re using Avada 7.11.2, WP 6.3, and PHP 8.2.9 … latest revisions.

Can you check at your end (with your test site) to make sure the latest revision(s) to RM Free did not impact the Quick Action links feature?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

We have tested it on our site using the latest version of Rank Math and WordPress, but it is working fine.

You mentioned that you’re looking for those while editing your homepage. Those will not show as they will show only when you are viewing them while logged in to your WordPress dashboard.

Please try viewing/opening your homepage or any other pages (not editor view). You can view those within the same browser to ensure that you’re not logged out.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi Reinelle,

Thanks for your help and patience.

Yes, we are logged into our WordPress dashboard. After we log in, we go to:

WP Dashboard > Pages > All Pages > Select Desired Page > Select Edit > Mouse Hover over Rank Math SEO Toolbar link.

    Still, no dice šŸ™

    Details: https://prnt.sc/nxhY4UFsvLPS

You may need to share a screencast and the plugin settings to explain better how it’s done.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

We do apologize for the confusion. Those options are available on Page view and not on edit view. For example:
    https://prnt.sc/j1xnMjUqwBzH

If we check the Editor view, those options are not available:
    https://prnt.sc/hpab6Y8angTw

Can you try checking the page view and check if it’s appearing for you there?

We really look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you.

    Special Request:

Upon reading our last reply, please do not close this ticket as “Resolved.”

Once we receive a reply/solution from the developers of Perfmatters, we will post it here to help others and then close this ticket as “Resolved.”

    Thank you!

    Solution:

We receive a reply from the developers of Perfmatters.

The solution involved deleting the files “admin-bar” (js file) and “admin-bar” (css file) from Script Manager > Global View > Disabled section.

We appreciate your help and patience with this. It wasn’t easy to find the cause of our issue. Had to dig deep.

    Cheers!

    Hello,
