    Hello Rankmath Support,

    I hope this message finds you well. We are facing a persistent issue on our website related to the Rankmath plugin.

    Description of the problem:
    We have properly set up all our Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions using Rankmath on our website. However, we have noticed that while the Meta Descriptions are being displayed correctly on the frontend and in the page source, the Meta Titles are absent. This is concerning, especially since Meta Titles are crucial for SEO.

    Steps taken to troubleshoot:

    1. We have ensured there are no conflicts with other plugins on our site.
    2. We have also tried deactivating, uninstalling, and then reinstalling and reactivating Rankmath.
    3. Checked the settings to ensure all configurations related to title display are correct.

    Despite the above troubleshooting steps, the problem persists.

    Could you please assist us in resolving this? We would be grateful for your guidance on how to get the Meta Titles to display as they should.

    • Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.

    • Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    We would love to troubleshoot the issue further but it seems the access you gave is very limited at the moment. We need to access other settings in your WordPress dashboard such as the plugin settings.

    Can you please elevate our access to admin so we can check further the issue?

    Hello,

    We’ve checked your website and found that the issue is occurring because of the theme you’re currently using on your website. This theme is conflicting with Rank Math and preventing to generate the meta title tag on your website. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    It seems like you’re using a custom theme on your site. So, in order to resolve the issue, we suggest you to contact with your developers.
