Nofollow External Links option not working

Hello,

Firstly, thank you for your great work with Rank Math. I’m very impressed with it and think I will be using it as a permanent replacement of Yoast.

One thing I haven’t been able to use is ‘Nofollow External Links’. I have the option set however it doesn’t change any of the external links on my website.

A checklist I’ve already done:
– Rank Math is up to date (Version 1.0.43.1).
– All of my plugins and my theme is up to date.
– There is neither a cache plugin active in wordpress or on the web server.
– I cleared my web browser cache and tried several other web browsers too.
– I’ve tried turning the Nofollow External Links option off and back on again.
– I’ve addressed everything important in WP Health Check.
– I installed Rank Math on a development website and then switched off my plugins and changed theme.

Is it perhaps a bug? The only thing I haven’t tried is using it on a fresh install of wordpress but that would be impossible with my main website anyway.
