SEO keywords and meta description wont get saved

    Hi,

    I would like to reach out for some assistants. I have checked the articles about same issue and have gone everything through but seems not working.

    Issue: SEO keywords and meta description does not get saved for shop manager.

    For myself its not a problem but somehow it seems like for shop manager who deals with secondary language translation is not able to save keywords or meta description anymore. I have asked him to clear the browser cache and test different browser(Chrome & Safari) but none of this seems to help.

    I have ruled out plugin conflict because then I would have similar issue but its not the case as I mentioned above.

    Looking forward to hear back and hopefully there is quick solution for this.

    For initial troubleshooting, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes. If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:

    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    Hi,

    Thank you for the quick feedback. And the issues was in firewall yes. I didn’t know how to correctly add updateMeta param to WordFence settings. Managed to do it by sorting that request out from live traffic list. It would be good to have a tutorial about it or update the current article with exact tips how to whitelist those routes.

    Appreciate all the help. The issue has been solved.
