Content AI Credits Lost

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

You are seeing the correct amount of credits, Content AI credits: 0 / 105 means you haven’t used any content AI credits yet and you still have 105 AI credits to use.

Please make sure that you’re logged into the correct account on your website. After that, please try clearing Rank Math’s transients from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients and see if that resolves the issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients

This means that you’re seeing the correct AI account. We were experiencing some connection issues earlier because the PRO plugin was still active even though your subscription had expired.

We’ve now fixed the connection issues, so you should be able to use your AI credits as normal.

We escalated the concern with our accounts team, and they said all 67 credits were used on https://www.noblehomeremedies.com. Also, they have added 2 additional credits to your account. You now have 38 content AI credits to use on your website.
