  • Hello,

Thank you for your query. We will be super-happy to help you with your concern.

Looking at your screenshot it seems you are troubleshooting for the website called TechDean.

When we check the TechDean website, that website does not load at all.

Perhaps you are looking at the wrong property inside the Search Console.

Do let us know once that site loads or let us know the exact URL which you are troubleshooting for so that we can help you.

The Braindean website does load and the sitemap is loading perfectly fine. Please clear your sitemap’s caches and resubmit it again to Google Search console.

    Looking forward to helping you.

oh yes, the TechDean domain is expired. I no longer use it. it is just shown for a demo screenshot.

the original domain where I am facing the issue, I cleared the cache, and resubmitted the sitemap many time.
but the same issue repeats. also my keywords lost rank. clicks and impressions are zero.

    Hello,

Can you please share the original domain with us so that we can check the issue further for you? However, please note that when you submit your sitemap on GSC, it takes some time to fully crawl and process your sitemap. During this time, you may see your sub-sitemaps blank. This is normal and it should not affect your SEO or ranking.

Regarding your clicks and impression, here are some reasons why your site might be experiencing a decline in impressions on Google.

    1. Seasonal Fluctuations: Certain industries or topics experience natural fluctuations in search volume throughout the year. If your website or content is related to a specific seasonal trend or event, it’s possible that the decline in impressions is due to a decrease in search interest during this period.

    2. Algorithm Updates: Google frequently updates its search algorithms, which can impact the visibility of websites in search results. If there have been recent algorithm changes, it’s possible that your website’s ranking has been affected, leading to a decline in impressions.

    3. Technical Issues: It’s important to ensure that your website is properly indexed by search engines and that there are no technical issues preventing Google from crawling and indexing your pages. Check for any errors or warnings in Google Search Console that could be affecting your site’s visibility.

    4. Competitor Activity: Increased competition from other websites or changes in their SEO strategies can impact your impressions. If competitors are optimizing their content better or generating more relevant backlinks, it could lead to a decline in your own impressions.

To identify the specific reason for the decline in impressions, it’s essential to analyze your website’s performance, conduct a thorough review of your SEO strategy, and monitor changes in search trends and competitors. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

i gave my domain name is sensitive data.

by the way, there are no Seasonal Fluctuations or Seasonal Keywords in my site. you can check the keywords. i have zero keywords are ranked right now.!!! i am sure, the sitemap issue is the main culprit

    Hello,

Please try submitting your sub-sitemaps directly in your GSC account instead of the main sitemap index and see if Google is able to read them without any issues.

Also, the sitemap issue shouldn’t affect the ranking of already indexed pages as Google only uses it to discover the URLs, not to rank them. Please use the steps and guides shared by my colleague to figure out the exact cause of the drops in rankings.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
