About your issue not having your title readability tests with good score, it is because it doesn’t check your post title. In checks your SEO Title.
It allows you to have two different titles, one for the post (the one users will see on your website and when reading the post) and another that will be shown in search results (and even in social media).

About the keyword density, it is just a guideline and you don’t need to follow it always. The tool you show us is able to scan using its servers several websites and determine all that data. In our case, since the tool has to run on your website and be lightweight, we don’t check competitors and only use some algorithm to determine a good keyword density (which is just an approximation as you saw).
About being able to hide tests you don’t want, it is a really good recommendation and I will make sure to share it with the dev team, so hopefully, it will be added in a future update.
