First of all, we are happy to see your admin panel feels more lightweight now.
About the log you shared with us, it seems Rank Math is trying to get info about a CPT but since it has not that info, it is skipping it.
Since they are just notices, you can just ignore them (they are not even warnings) and more since it is not causing any issue in your site. I would also recommend you to hide the WordPress and PHP debug information if you have it enabled in a live site (for security reasons). I know you said it is a staging website, but I am telling it just to be sure you don’t have it enabled in your live site too.
