I’ve checked the link, and indeed they are getting a 404 error upon updating the Rank Math plugin.
Upon investigating, you have a 410 redirect created for that and cause them to redirect as it was set as contains type. I have deactivated/disabled the redirect and those URLs are already working fine.

I set that 410 because of a cache plugin created tens of unuseful pages with /ingredient/ in the url.
Pls suggest me another way to delete that pages.

Thank you for that clarification.
In this case, I have added a regex redirect to capture all the URLs in /ingredient/ and redirect them to 410. It is currently deactivated, so you can activate and test it as well.
