    Hi,

    When I am adding TOC block then it is not showing full customization settings. Here is what missing

    1. Link Color
    2. Dimensions Settings

    This usually indicates that your theme doesn’t support this customization.

    For the options to appear, you need to contact your theme author and ask them to include theme support: https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/how-to-guides/themes/theme-support/#link-color-control
