For initial troubleshooting, please check if this option is enabled in Rank Math > General Settings > Links
If so, try disabling the option and check again if the issue persists.
If it was fixed upon disabling that option, please check if you have an attachment with the same name as your URL(source redirect). You can reupload the media with a different file name or at least rename the attachment URL to a different slug.
Once done, re-enable the redirect attachment options again.
