How I Indexed the Tags

The errors are resulting from the fact that you have just added the tag entries to the sitemap and Google has not crawled your sitemap to detect the changes in the added entries.
Your post sitemap is also sometimes redirecting to a 404 error page, please reduce the number of links per sitemap.
The image issue is stemming from the “noindex” option that you have set for your media on the global settings RM > Titles & Meta > Media as shown below:

Please disable this setting to start indexing your images.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please do the following:

1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

Hit the save button once.

2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

hit the save button once.

That should fix the issue.

If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

You have quite a lot of links on each of your sitemaps that could be affecting this. I have flushed your permalinks but the sitemap page is reporting an error 500.
Please get in touch with your host to check the error log and increase the allocated resources that are maxing out for your site.

Thanks for the question.

It is not necessary to have the tags appear on the sitemap as long as the tag archives have been set to index Google bots will be able to detect the links on the posts. I would suggest that you leave the sitemap settings as they are currently since adding the links is causing some timeout issues when loading the sitemap.
I can also suggest that you add a tag description on this box under Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags >

I would suggest that you make use of the Google keyword planner or this free tool to select the best keywords for your site.
