some pics not displayed in woo catalogue and/or productsheet

    Hello,

    As you can see in links in sensitive data area, for some reason some pics are not displayed well.

    1) first link is of a product category where some pics are missing.
    However, when when you click on them they are visible in productsheet.

    2) and the other way around for another product: the link is of a product which is visible in product category, but not visible in productsheet.

    Can you please find out what could be the cause?

    I’ve checked the products, and the error showing when viewing the image is The image could not be loaded.

    This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site. Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Another troubleshooting that you can consider is the image file permission. You can check this one with your web host and ensure that it can be accessed publicly. I have attached the image URL in the sensitive data section where you can see that it is not opening well.

    I used the plugin “enable media replace” and changed pic filename and that helped me.
