Multisite Connection Problem

    Hello there,

    We have multisite and they are connected properly (network admin). We have installed RankMath on gortcoaching.nl but the problem appears on gortoutplacement.nl

    When we log into website we have error saying “Seems like your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math.”

    We tried your reconnect link but another error appears saying “Plugin Activation Error”.

    We also tried further troubleshooting and provided troubleshooting guide but nothing works.

    What are the next steps here?

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The correct way to use our plugins on a multisite setup is to install them on the network but only activate them on specific subsites.

    If you have activated the free or the PRO version of the Rank Math plugin on the network, please deactivate them on the network and then activate them on the subsites.

    If the issue still persists, then please head over to your subsite’s WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that helps to resolve the issue.
