The best way to reduce the size of the database if you are using the Analytics module is to reduce the number of days that you keep the data in the plugin.
To do that, you can reduce the number of days under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and then follow the steps here to delete the old data and import new ones: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
You can also reduce the size by purging the ActionScheduler database with all the completed actions which serve no purpose other than as a history log.
