Both versions of your robots.txt (WWW and non-WWW) are working, and should not cause issues on your site. However, if you wanted to redirect the non-WWW version, then you may need to apply a redirect in your .htaccess file:

You can also get in touch with your web host for assistance since the .htaccess is a sensitive file.
Regarding the sitemap, each time Google uses a sitemap to find a URL, the count of the Discovered URLs increases by one. When the count of the Discovered URLs is zero or does not match your actual sitemap, it means Google didn’t use the sitemap to find the URLs. It mostly happens when you have good internal linking or use the Instant Indexing plugin.

Alright, thanks for your response but another thing is they are not indexing my links.
For instance, https://www.virginsound.net/videos/simi-stranger-mp4/ in GSC it is available to google but when I search for it it won’t chow up at all even when I use site:https://www.virginsound.net/videos/simi-stranger-mp4/, it says “Your search – site:https://www.virginsound.net/videos/simi-stranger-mp4/ – did not match any documents.”

Yes but without using the site: operator, the webpage won’t show even if I search from the indexing first page to the end unless I use that site: operator or add my website name at the end of the search term

What I am trying to figure out is why would google deindex my URLs. For instance, the keyword “fazzy prayer point” it is only my website that used to rank for it because it’s only me that has a page about it with the URL https://www.virginsound.net/mp3/fazzy-prayer-point/. But now, even searching the keyword “fazzy prayer point virginsound,” it won’t still bring the page out in SERP.
Meanwhile, the page is very much available and resolves quite well without errors.
