We logged in to your site and we did the following steps to see if that works.
#1. We Flushed the Sitemap cache as shown in this video screencast:

#2. Since the above steps did not seem to work, we added the filter code to your site using the WPCode Lite plugin which was already tere on the site. .
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Even after doing the above steps the issue was not resolved, so we recommend you to exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching system in the server. The cache could be from the server.

Since the sitemap index was available at https://humbaa.com/?sitemap=1 we added some rewrite rules in your .htaccess file as per the KB article here : https://rankmath.com/kb/sitemap-404-error/#num-3-2-2-add-rewrite-rules-to-apache-web-server
We also tried to run a conflict test using the Health Check Plugin following this troubleshooting guide:

However there seems to be some issue on the site that is preventing the Health Check Plugin to work as expected.
We would request you to create a a staging site of the live site so that we can test out the conflict in the staging site without affecting the live site.
Once the staging site is ready please update the sensitive data section with it’s credentials.
