Please clear your website cache including any server-level caching services like Cloudflare. You may also head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click the “Save” button without changing anything.
To debug the issue further, can you please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and disable the option “Strip Category Base” and see if that will affect the status of the affected page?
